Try dictating yourself.
Record your voice. This unorthodox method may teach you a lot about conversational writing!
Try transcription of a recorded conversation (with the other person’s consent). Transcribing a few hours of conversation word-for-word is a good exercise. Then, after fixing or removing any false beginnings and filler (um, yeah, you know), you’ve got some conversational writing.
